The upcoming week is a busy one, which includes, economic data, Fed speak, and earnings. All eyes will be on the FOMC and Chairman Jerome Powell’s press conference, to see if the solid GDP print and improving economic data will change the Fed’s tone on its monetary policy. On the economic data front, we will get more information on inflation and the labor market, as well as the housing and manufacturing sectors, which have been soft spots for the economy. Finally, the Q1 earnings season continues. Here are some of the announcements that I will be keeping a close eye on.
