Todd Willits is the CEO of EPFR. He joined EPFR in March 2010 from a music technology startup called Sonicbids. While there, he managed a team that worked with a community of over 5,000 music promoters, who were looking to employ musicians from Sonicbids’ pool of over 125,000 artists.

Upon joining in 2010, Todd led the client services efforts at EPFR. In 2014, he assumed responsibility over the product and engineering initiatives of the brand, helping to shape key EPFR product initiatives and strategic business decisions. Since then, he has transitioned to leading the entirety of the business, including the product, data, engineering, research, and client services teams.

In his spare time, Todd volunteers as Corporate Board President for Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) Rhode Island - a 100% volunteer run non-profit organization. HOBY Rhode Island’s mission is to inspire and develop the state’s community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service, and innovation. He’s been involved with the organization, through the New York and Rhode Island chapters, for the last 17 years. He also enjoys playing music, backpacking, and bicycling throughout New England. He lives in Cambridge with his wife Nicole, his son Lincoln, and his cat Bear.
