Lisa Andersson
Lisa Andersson, Research Manager with FBX, an Informa Financial Intelligence business, oversees the U.S. Retail Checking Digital Tracker, the firm’s most heavily subscribed digital solution. She arms U.S. national, regional and local banks, as well as credit unions, with exclusive data and analysis on mobile and online platform developments to gain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Her work is critical to clients navigating the rapidly transforming digital landscape, trying to adopt the most successful strategies in the industry. Using the latest metrics, she identifies emerging trends and compiles specific recommendations in quarterly reports to clients. The tracker is housed on the Digital Banking Hub, the live user experience data platform that allows clients to track and analyze competitors’ features and functionalities.

Andersson has learned the banking industry from multiple perspectives, most recently serving as Head of Research for the data intelligence company, Aktis, where she provided corporate governance data to financial institutions. She is driven by a passion for multi-dimensional research that explores ways banks can become more sustainable, transparent and accessible through digital channel innovation.

A native of Sweden, Andersson is a winter sport enthusiast, with a particular love for skiing. She sails in the summer.
